The draw will be live-streamed on MeraSapna's Instagram and Facebook Pages and a video will be posted on the company's social media. The winner will be notified on the same day, and their name and city of residence will be displayed on the website and social media.
The property will be transferred to the winner free of stamp duty and legal fees, which will be borne by MeraSapna.in. The winner shall sign over the deeds of the property once he submits the verification documents.
